Be frankly, in the middle of jungle I need more harp music than high speed internet..

Harp music complement well with the natural sounds? That's why in fairly tale angel in the middle of jungle always play harp...

Is it? So in real life big drum instead of harp should appear in the middle of jungle?

By the way, beast gets the beauty always happen in real life, not only in fairly tale.. Wake up, don't always lock yourself in room, go out to see real life..

Why someone wants to beat you? Are you a drum?

Broadband, bangla cleaner, bananas or even baby milk might be more suitable supplies for people lock inside a room. It's pathetic one's life only rely on high speed internet while there are much more meaningful things can be done, a great sadness indeed.

Well, someone still needs to take care the hygienic matters for people lock inside the room though...

Well, if that's the case, nature no fate for them. Anyhow, the fact is high speed internet service already in the vicinity, just needs to wait some more time for the connection, following the routine work style in this bolehland..

Take note on this precious advice.. okay, switch off the high speed internet now to enjoy my long awaited yummy dinner...

okay boss, from now on I take note harp artist shall settle all the house chores and room/house hygiene issues, goddess gracious your lovely wife...

So far still satisfy with the food by Semenyih Gao Feng restaurant..

Pallida / Pilosa / Pistia are 20 x 65 units, so are smallest.

Samanea is 22 x 75, that's why bigger.

You also request to see the 20 x 70 units as well (Angusta, Argentea and Aquatilis). They have larger buildup if compare to Pallida / Pilosa / Pistia, of course prices will be different as well.

Pallida / Pilosa / Pistia / Angusta / Argentea / Aquatilis units are located in precinct 1 East, Samanea is located in Precinct 1 West. All these units are FnG hence the maintenance fees is cheaper compare to Errana. The maintenance of Precinct 1 still under SP Setia and shall be hand over to residents association later. I believe the maintenance fees should be around RM 100, depending on number of collection. For precinct 1 units, as long as you able to get the approval from MPKJ, you can any extension you like.

Errana is located in Precinct 3, a GnG area, inside got the very beautiful Oriental (with fountain water features) and Grassland Park and equipped with CCTV plus the PIDS security system, which is a security system used by Changi airport. As better security plus nicer landscape, that's why the security fees is RM300. For precinct 3, before you proceed to the extension, have to request the permission from the SPS management company, because it is a GnG precinct, bound by the deed of mutual agreement (DMC).

So it is up to your judgement, budget consideration and preference.

- 200,000 sqf neighborhood convenience mall.

Shops will be launched Q42016, targeted completion in 2020 together with the mall...

Should be inside the retail mall... Typical cinema measuring about 20,000 sqf..

Not sure, but I believe it should be gross.. Actually don't expect it will be a big mall, due to size of the land..

136 shoplots plus a small/medium size mall should be just nice for the next 5 years development.. Important is the quality of the anchor tenant..

Big mall left to Silversquare or SEH 2 later.

Yeah, not really big, about similar size to intermark mall or starhill gallery..

I presume the cinema operation not only based on size of the mall, should include the consideration of the surrounding shoplots as well.

Anyhow, it shall depend on the capability of SP Setia if they can bring any cinema into this retail mall later..
