Okay, I get my P license from 2013 - 01 - 30 , two years that mean 2015 - 01 - 30.

Till now 2016-03-15 I'm still not yet renew, maybe tmr that im going to renew it
But may i know is it available for renew ???
Cause my P license already expired 1 year plus..

PERMOHONAN RAYUAN LESEN MEMANDU TAMAT TEMPOH

Permohonan rayuan lesen memandu tamat tempoh boleh dilakukan melalui online, bersurat atau hadir sendiri ke Pejabat JPJ Negeri/Cawangan sahaja. Lesen memandu tamat tempoh adalah melibatkan:

Lesen Memandu Percubaan (PDL) melebihi 1 tahun
Lesen Memandu Kompeten (CDL) melebihi 3 tahun
Lesen Memandu Vokasional (GDL/PSV) melebihi 3 tahun


Cara- cara Permohonan

1. Secara Manual

Permohonan rayuan boleh dilakukan di kaunter JPJ negeri/cawangan dan Bahagian Pelesenan Pemandu, Ibu Pejabat JPJ Malaysia
Kemukakan salinan kad pengenalan/pasport dan lesen memandu
Keputusan Permohonan boleh disemak melalui mana-mana JPJ negeri/cawangan atau dicetak secara “online” selepas 14 hari dari tarikh permohonan.


2. Secara ‘Online'

Membuat permohonan secara transaksi dalam talian (online) melalui laman web iaitu www.jpj.gov.my.
Lengkapkan butir-butir pemohonan dalam borang online .
Keputusan permohonan boleh disemak melalui mana-mana JPJ negeri/cawangan atau dicetak secara “Online” selepas 14 hari dari tarikh permohonan.

*Nota
Ketua Pengarah JPJ Malaysia mempunyai kuasa untuk meluluskan/ menolak permohonan rayuan. Sekiranya berjaya, pemohon dikecualikan dari mengambil ujian Bahagian 1 dan perlu menduduki Ujian Praktikal II dan III. Jika permohonan tidak berjaya, maka pemohon dikehendaki memohon lesen memandu sepertimana prosedur biasa.

For P that already expired long time or just over the deadline:-

No need go to putrajaya.
Just fill up online application on jpj website

Then wait 2 week ,check again the website and u will see the approval letter.

After that print out the approval letter and bring to any jpj counter to apply L license.

U will be given L license on the spot.

Next go to driving school with the letter and arrange for training and test.
Payment around 900 to 1.1k lah.

Good thing is u can set exam on the next week after training.

The exam will be test practical ii and iii
.in klang normally on Monday.

After that wait 3 days and go to jpj to get yr P back.
So another 2 years la tampal P haha

Note that if last time yr P was for manual drive..u cannot change to auto test. It is rugi anyway if u do auto car test.

Edit : and if u have police saman..pay first before apply at the jpj website.If got saman polis mahkamah,try go to counter after ofc hour and setel underground lah hehe or if u got connection etc2...
