QUOTE(LD Jr @ Mar 25 2016, 12:15 PM) that is suggestion to highburybaby only, highburybaby stay in BMC rite? During school holiday, I will use BMC route. Save on toll.If stay in Sg Long, better go via sg long exit, otherwise will cause more traffic jam at BMC exit.....just my personal view..... During normal day, I normally use Sg Long route. |

Today overslept, go out from house on 7.15 am.
Waze shows the ETA to my office at KLCC area is 8.17 am. However, I have to send my wife to PJ. Therefore, we parked our car at TBS today and take KTM to KL Sentral. From KL Sentral, we take LRT to work. Both of us reach office almost same time at 8.40 am. |

QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Apr 12 2016, 11:50 AM) 皇冠城大塞车问题】解决方案之1 MPKj will tell no budget..... After the quarry is closed , residents can ask MPKJ to build a new way to solve the problem of traffic congestion in BMC . From the development Master Plan and approved housing industry plan, there are two possible solutions , 1) Short-term solution: Build a 90 rood behind Restaurant 668 ( the shop houses in front of Mahkota Residence) to connect with the existing road in the quarry, from there exit to GS Highway . 2) Long-term solution: To build a road from Mahkota Garden connect to Budiman Industrial Area, from there exit to GS Highway. https://www.facebook.com/MahkotaCherasCommu...?type=3&theater All these are subjected to the closure of the quarry. |

Residential Development at Sungai Long, Kuala Lumpur The 5 acre land is situated adjacent to a golf course along a gentle slope. To create an exclusive inward facing gated community, around 100 units of English Victorian styled townhouses and villas embraced the serenity of a traditional British garden, offering its residence the luxury European living at the door steps of a beautiful golf course and forest. An apartment building with segregated lift lobbies for access allows maximum privacy to its users. The development acts as a beacon of quality living, suggesting a new lifestyle benchmark in the Malaysian landscape. QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ Apr 26 2016, 02:02 PM) Come to taught about that, I am really surprised the security guards allow so many outsiders to enter the area without any question? Some more all go to the same house. As far as I know, the security there seem not that loose. |

QUOTE(highburybaby @ Apr 26 2016, 04:55 PM) I read it differently. Many people have been trapped and seeking for UTAR students to rent out their units. The spill effect to the surrounding area is really bad. As least I have not receive any enquery to rent my house at BMC. So, concluded supply > demand? Those UTAR students have many choice nowadays. Some of them might looking for new house to move if they are not comfortable with the current or want look for cheaper house to rent. |

QUOTE(MyDevil @ Apr 27 2016, 08:47 PM) It is over supply now. If u r in UTAR, u can see long list of units for rent. Students get to choose nearer and better ones now. Those panic tenants last year will be moving to nearer n better place. True. Ignore those agents who keep promoting new properties... The market is really terrible and silent. |
