Hi, anyone know if there is already an access road to Hulu Langat?

I was in RA for BMC Jln Puteri, next to SL13

We had all those challenges too. Also you need 60% (if i recall correctly) to setup an RA.

First you need to create/make aware of the needs - show statistics (burglary & thefts, etc.).

Some feedbacks we received:
1. Once we hire a security company they will make sure we continue hire them, else they will create trouble (e.g. committing thefts themselves) - myths or fact, i have no idea.
2. We cannot block the entrance - unless we are a registered RA - need to provide proof - in a way the residents can lodge police report against us

they didn't dig it bro, the road caved in few days before at nights, it could be fatal for motorist that time

my area only 60% of the residents paid monthly rm70 and forked out for various other big items purchase like fencing, guard house, cctv.

The rest of 40% never comment much anymore but continue enjoying the facilities.
