BMC is food haven, friend of mine drive all the way from Rawang to enjoy food here.

Based on Jan 2015 China Press, there are at least 450 shoplots in BMC, one third ie 150 units are restaurant/kopitam...
I believe by now should be more than 500 shoplots in BMC, don't forget Mahkota Mall yet to open.

There're two break in recently.
Happened on the same time. The burglars jumped to next uniit and the alarm trigerred .
Around 4 am jumped from the hill slope behnd their backyard
The victim did not arm alarm, did not install grille and did not close their window.

Any advice?

My friend staying in Damai perdana where next to the Sek menengah . His taman guarded service also without RA.
Maybe u can look for the security company service.
Ur area got many semi d , chances of break in very high one if without guarded

They caused temporary interruption of power supply at early morning. Luckily I depart earlier as I cant sleep. 

But today morning dunno why Grand Saga nearly Cheras Sentral so jam. I have to go to East West Link from Cheras Hartamas.

Hehe Dawang also can be 大旺 or 達旺, there are few Singapore and HK company carried this name eg DAWANG TIMBER PTE. LTD., DAWANG TRADING COMPANY LIMITED 大旺商貿有限公司, DAWANG INDUSTRY LIMITED 達旺實業有限公司..

Not sure this Dawang is related but sure not under SHL.

Lot 1458 if not mistaken started land clearing around middle of 2014 while other lots (Lot 27902, 2116 etc) owned by SHL started land clearing in year 2011 or before. At that time I already wonder who is this developer so inefficient but so loaded can afford land clearing more than 5 years.

SHL still got few plot of lands undeveloped in Sg Long as per their Annual Report 2015:

All these lands is relatively small, unless SHL wants to turn their golf club (159.1 acres) into housing area. GVH total land size is 196.43 acres only half is developed or developing.

Shop area for Sg Long is far too small hope SHL can quickly build more shops opposite SL6 & Green Acres (Lot 27902)

Despite after Raya, BMC route still very smooth I have enjoyed smooth, toll free + shorter distance exiting to GS Highway for more than a month   while I heard that Sg Long exit not so smooth...

Yeah. now i try to go back Sg Long for Goodview or Hao Residence. Any other area i can check-out in Sg Long?

Planning on getting a unit for own stay or rent at goodview resident.

Ada nampak a few 2sty yg small unit for sale and rent.

Nak tanya is the traffic in the morning really bad nak ke KL. How bad? Hehe

That one is Shl project

No detail yet but that land only 6 acres, most likely is condo than DSL

Of course flyover to Silk (KL/Balakong direction) is better however the cost involve definately more than u-turn, it only need some cone before toll for u-turn while construction cost  for flyover alone already more than RM10m I suppose.

Anyway this is just my 2017 wish list similar with the wish list in 2015/2016 (Bkt Sg Long link + SJKC Bdr Sg Long) , that wish list finally achieved in March 2016
