The reason i am aware is because i just sold one of my unit at BMC at RM580K 6 months ago. So, i have do some little homework before. Now seem the OWNERs are asking lower than my transaction price. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Very difficult to verify what is the fair price for a landed property with land. You need to judge also the price for the extra land.
