guys, i'm helping my friend to choose amp,but i never try Peavey Valveking before, he tried my Vox AD50VT, but hes not into a modelling amp with onboard effects, he's going to use it with boss pedal. Heard good reviews bout the Peavey Valveking amp. And Joe Satriani endorsed with it right? (if not mistaken he has his owned JSX series amp?).

So anyione has experience with it? price?? any local music store brings them??

I dunno, I read that it breaks down easily. Anyway, havent tried it before. Supposed to be a budget tube amp.

I think you can pretty much forget about getting a Peavey here at a decent price. Since there is no store carrying them officially.

However, there is a Peavey dealer along Jalan Pasar, same row at the pet shop which is the row of shops behind E-Mart. I asked before and they say they can order any Peavey stuff for you but I have a feeling that it won't be cheap.

The Valve King seems like a decent tube amp and Peavey stuff are known to be durable.

I am more into the Windsor though however.
