QUOTE(MeToo @ Apr 14 2016, 12:41 PM) Would like to check if there is any current promotion to apply WISE card... like freebies etc? Or applyign thru any website etc? Bro, why u here lol.. To answer your quest, I think dont have, I'm applying direct at hlb website now, before that I actually thru RinggitPlus but maybe no earning for them so they advise me direct apply from the bank. |

QUOTE(MeToo @ Apr 14 2016, 01:01 PM) THis is what I get from RInggit Plus website. Seems to be lower then HLB Website states... is this old info or special for RinggitPlus? This statement is true, the agent call me and he told me this as well.Annual FeeRM169.60 First year free with 1 swipe within 45 days from card approval date Annual Fee for Supplementary CardRM84.80 "First year free with 1 swipe within 45 days from card approval date" But for the Annual Fee I not really sure, maybe just add additional 6% GST? |

QUOTE(MeToo @ Apr 14 2016, 04:08 PM) Oh ya hor! LOL.. at first I also seems like hard to notice there is Gold n Platinum since both card same color & same design. yeah lo, might just get the gold card is enough, the Platinum macam no point and the AF compare to Gold is double to pay later (because just for the sake of the Platinum wording? Stupid me dont know why I look at the platinum... Gold good enuf, heck if got Classics even better since wont need the bigger limit anyway |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 19 2016, 07:33 AM) dont think so. cashback is highly dependent on MCC. Just wonder, there is an online banking account after we sign up for HLB CC correct? Can we just pay the bills using HLB online banking (not JOMPAY) instead of using UOBPayOnline? eg. like paying RM50 multiple times? Just asking and wonder if can do it like M2U, coz I haven't got any experience yet with HLB online banking yet. suggest you use UOBPayOnline to pay your TNB using WISE. confirm getting cashback. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 20 2016, 11:25 AM) dont pay from hlb online banking. hmm ok.. I'm just plan to pay some monthly recurrence bills loh (eg. unifi, astro, majlis, insurance...), but I tot only TNB & Water bill is entitled for 10% (if I choose the catagory) right? I just curious why not just pay via HLB its own online banking ya? if it is something not good to mention here probably can drop me a PM? pay from outside, e.g. uobpayonline. what bills u plan to pay? perhaps we can advise you? or u can search this topic (and older) for answers too. thanks |

QUOTE(cipher3344 @ Apr 20 2016, 12:41 PM) if u have alot other payment not fall in wise category, actually I think the catagory I choose is ok, as mentioned I was wonder why not just use the hlb online banking itself to do payment, coz I was imaging I can just choose to pay the bills using mbb CC/saving account directly in M2U. So I was just wonder hlb not allow to do so or is much more hassle so doing it in uobonline is much better?use other cc eg: essential, younique, scb gold to pay online using uobpayonline service. hassle free and foc... why not? not wise using hlb online banking.... |

Dear all,
Just got my wise card end of last week, so happily then after go change my PIN and start using it like mad ppl :lol but... i pump petrol on the 30th, use Payonline for TNB bill payment, go swipe for groceries during the weekend, but I didn't see any of those transaction listed on the hlbconnect card transaction, I only able to see the Astro payment that I made direct thru the hlbconnect (as of now). And even more that on the Payonline also I can't see any payment history or there is no confirmation email, I wonder is this normal ka? How long normally would need to wait till it appear on the transaction list? Thanks guys This post has been edited by woe.com: May 2 2016, 06:15 PM |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ May 2 2016, 06:16 PM) I pumped petrol on 30th Apr, already appear under transaction history, posted on 1st May. Yeah, I'm using uobpayonline, not sure if this happened because I'm new card member. Is there any payment slip reference for using uobpayonline payment? After I entered the OTP, it just says "Thank you Mr. XXX", reason is I also have a habbit to record down every payment reference number, date n time for every bill, so I can keep track for future reference.I paid TN using uobpayonline on 1st May, received notification email from uobpayonline few hours later. |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ May 2 2016, 09:28 PM) You should be getting an email from uobpayonline, have you check whether your email is correct? you can also check with TNB whether they have received our payment or not. QUOTE(cipher3344 @ May 3 2016, 12:47 AM) u should recived email stating payment approved after few hours, when make payment in uobpayonline. yep, I have check the email is correct, till now I still didn't get any payment confirmation email or even from the first time I expect after new registration I will get a confirmation email but it didn't, I'm not sure if this is normal? I check with HLB, and they seems like not able to see any transaction from uobpayonline.in hlbconect usually will update after 2 working day. and the merchant will update his record after 2-3 days. btw, what category u choosen? Check again on uobpayonline that the Payment History search result also still empty, even I did try make a payment again today also same issue, it brings me to the HLB VISA authentication page, then after key in sms OTP, says payment successful, thank you Mr. XXX. Finally can't wait and call uobpayonline team and see if they could help to solve my issue EDIT: I'm choosing Groceries & Utilities This post has been edited by woe.com: May 3 2016, 03:56 PM |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ May 3 2016, 03:56 PM) ok calm down. Thanks bro. No, I did the payment on 30th April, today I made another to try but didn't receive any confirmation still. Trying to calm down but this really makes me worry that I'm being late payment for the bills and there is no where I could see if the transaction has gone thru successfully or not u did the transaction yesterday, 2 May. probably too many transactions being queued at uobpayonline. let's wait for a few more days to see the following: 1) email notification from uobpayonline 2) transaction history in uobpayonline (if u got the email, the history will be reflected too) 3) hlconnect for the transaction to get posted into the cc account 4) check the respective bill account via its own portal, e.g. TNB via TNB e-Services or TM Portal, etc. 5) also verify the current Credit Limit amount, see if the amount reduced to the payment u made via uobpayonline 6) call hlb cs to find out any floating transaction that have yet to be posted. when u call uobpayonline, the guy i usually talk to is Nuzli. by right, he is able to check any pending/approved/rejected transactions from uobpayonline. i had similar experience when i first use a new cc in uobpayonline. after entering TAC/OTP, the page immediately disappear with "thank you xxxxxx". No email or anything, only gotten it next day or so. Transactions finally posted in cc and respective bill accounts. generally, from my experience, if TAC/OTP is entered correctly, the transactions is valid and gone thru. Just that uobpayonline's page design is ancient and not handling the pages properly. cheers. EDIT: After a few second that now I'm receiving the Bill Payment notification email, sweat really sweat This post has been edited by woe.com: May 3 2016, 04:06 PM |
