suggest you use UOBPayOnline to pay your TNB using WISE. confirm getting cashback.

I pumped petrol on 30th Apr, already appear under transaction history, posted on 1st May.

I paid TN using uobpayonline on 1st May, received notification email from uobpayonline few hours later.

You should be getting an email from uobpayonline, have you check whether your email is correct? you can also check with TNB whether they have received our payment or not.

u should recived email stating payment approved after few hours, when make  payment in uobpayonline.

in hlbconect usually will update after 2 working day.

and the merchant will update his record after 2-3 days.

u did the transaction yesterday, 2 May. probably too many transactions being queued at uobpayonline.

let's wait for a few more days to see the following:

1) email notification from uobpayonline
2) transaction history in uobpayonline (if u got the email, the history will be reflected too)
3) hlconnect for the transaction to get posted into the cc account
4) check the respective bill account via its own portal, e.g. TNB via TNB e-Services or TM Portal, etc.
5) also verify the current Credit Limit amount, see if the amount reduced to the payment u made via uobpayonline
6) call hlb cs to find out any floating transaction that have yet to be posted.

when u call uobpayonline, the guy i usually talk to is Nuzli. by right, he is able to check any pending/approved/rejected transactions from uobpayonline.
i had similar experience when i first use a new cc in uobpayonline. after entering TAC/OTP, the page immediately disappear with "thank you xxxxxx". No email or anything, only gotten it next day or so. Transactions finally posted in cc and respective bill accounts.

generally, from my experience, if TAC/OTP is entered correctly, the transactions is valid and gone thru. Just that uobpayonline's page design is ancient and not handling the pages properly.

Anyone just got their card recently like within 3 weeks? Would want to know if they really narrowing their applicants or there are other reasons.

Just use UOBPayOnline. My colleague just complained to me that she was using JomPay via HL Connect and didn't get any cash back.

Is it slow? I just paid this morning and got the approved email within minutes.
