TNB really monkeys. Now is already 21st July 2016, and the e-services still down. The whole IT department should be fired. As the sole and only electricity provider in the country, they say 20th and they can't deliver. Frankly speaking we need an electricity competitor in the country rather than one ran by lackeys.
