Posting on separate post.
Update on my case of being charged the statement fee. From HLconnect, the staff claimed that I have requested for both hardcopy and softcopy. When I asked them to furnish proof, the next reply is asking me which transaction that I want to extract. I have already sent 3 post telling them to revert the fee but all skirted the question. Damn it, can't the staff read and understand properly before replying nowadays. So I wanna check, any of you guys receiving the usual monthly hardcopy statement without being slapped with the fee? Wanna confirm whether the fee is for the normal hardcopy statement or extra printing request. |

QUOTE(laymank @ Mar 17 2016, 11:11 AM) I am only interested in softcopy. So, never charged for statement. I faced the exact same situation previously! One staff named Farah asked me to send an email. After sending a detailed email with case number and attn: to Farah, I get an email reply asking what is that about..and guess what..by Farah!Agree on the mangkuk staffs - I sent in query on my transaction. Was told to provide my email for reply. Don't understand why they can't reply on the message they replied to me. Anyway, to provide them the email, I need to compose a new query. So I did and provided the email. Then the CS replied again saying to get the info breakdown, I need to provide them email. I got so frustrated I copy the whole thread of message asking them how many times they want the email. Then only finally the read the content carefully. But then, they reply in the inbox of HLB Connect. Why the hell did they ask for my email in the first / second place anyway??! This went about for more than a week, with each reply from them taking 2-3 working days. And the last one, almost 2 weeks. |

QUOTE(chrisoth80 @ Mar 19 2016, 10:32 AM) Let say if I apply for WISE supp card, will I still be able to receive cash rebate for both Principal and Supp although 2 cards will have diff categories? cannot have different categories than principal8. Is Supplementary Card' retail transactions accumulated into the total number of swipes to meet requirement of 10 retail swipes per month and are those transactions eligible for 10% cash back also? Yes, all posted retail transactions on supplementary card will be taken into account as per principal card. However, cash back earned will be credited into the principal Cardholder account only. |

What’s more, you could stand a chance to win travel vouchers by paying via JomPAY! http://www.jompay.com.my/win-travel-vouchers.html Hong Leong Connect Team Does it means no more UOB payonline for TNB payment? I hope it isn't........... QUOTE(shadowmania @ Mar 31 2016, 04:43 PM) hi, means can still pay TNB using WISE thru uobpayonline right? |

QUOTE(victorywp @ Apr 5 2016, 07:13 PM) really not easy to adhieve rm50 x 10 times with this revision. unless this requirement removed too. otherwise time to say goodbye... I dont mind if insurance auto debit gets 10%. 5x swipes for insurance total RM1000 simple 5 x RM50 swipes of anything for RM250 Cashback RM100 for RM1250 spending, effective CB still 8% |

Credit cards under siege. Maybank, Aeon watami, now HLB Wise. Dont know our heart can stand or not
QUOTE(sleepwalker @ Apr 5 2016, 08:39 PM) Any changes to the T&C has to be made known to the cardholders with a minimum of 21 days notice. So we will officially know of this by this Sunday/Monday if they are going ahead. Your current CB won't be affected as nothing has been announced yet. You have to remember this is a leaked info. Yes, so technically they can still be ruthless and wipe out all my utilities and petrol spending done from 1-5 April and still fulfill the 21 days reqThis post has been edited by Human Nature: Apr 5 2016, 08:40 PM |

QUOTE(sleepwalker @ Apr 5 2016, 08:44 PM) No.. they have to GIVE the cardholder 21 days of notice before CHANGING the T&C. Therefore if they want to implement this on 1st of May, they have to inform you latest by 10th of April. Let's see when they announce and what's being stipulated at the revised terms. Keeping finger cross that it is favourable towards us. |

QUOTE Yes, you may switch the cash back categories any time, throughout their card tenure, to suit your lifestyle and to maximize the cash back reward earned. For each switch of cash back category, a one-time maintenance service fee of RM10 will be charged at the point of maintenance and it will be effective on the following calendar month. I am now on utilities and petrol, and let's say I have swiped RM50 x 10 in April, normally will get the cashback on 28th May. If I switch category on 20th April, it will be effective (from above) on 1st May. Question: Will I still get the cashback for utilities and petrol on 28th May? |

QUOTE(victorywp @ Apr 6 2016, 09:52 AM) only useful for people like Human Nature who is having 5 investment-linked insurance policies which can be arranged for monthly autodebit without additional interest. True, i am ok if can auto debit my insurance there, just need to read the terms whether it is only for life/general insurance recurring. I also need to ask my agent what is my policy about If can charge my insurance, I can say bubye to essential. Luckily I havent change the autodebit from watami to essential. My TNB can go back to PBB VS, my petrol can go back to MBB VS. So overall effective CB, I am gaining |
