Posting on separate post.

Update on my case of being charged the statement fee. From HLconnect, the staff claimed that I have requested for both hardcopy and softcopy. When I asked them to furnish proof, the next reply is asking me which transaction that I want to extract. I have already sent 3 post telling them to revert the fee but all skirted the question.

Damn it, can't the staff read and understand properly before replying nowadays.

So I wanna check, any of you guys receiving the usual monthly hardcopy statement without being slapped with the fee? Wanna confirm whether the fee is for the normal hardcopy statement or extra printing request.

Agree on the mangkuk staffs - I sent in query on my transaction. Was told to provide my email for reply. Don't understand why they can't reply on the message they replied to me. Anyway, to provide them the email, I need to compose a new query. So I did and provided the email. Then the CS replied again saying to get the info breakdown, I need to provide them email. I got so frustrated I copy the whole thread of message asking them how many times they want the email. Then only finally the read the content carefully. This went about for more than a week, with each reply from them taking 2-3 working days. And the last one, almost 2 weeks.

I faced the exact same situation previously! One staff named Farah asked me to send an email. After sending a detailed email with case number and attn: to Farah, I get an email reply asking what is that about..and guess what..by Farah!

Yes, all posted retail transactions on supplementary card will be taken into account as per principal card. However, cash back earned will be credited into the principal Cardholder account only.

I dont mind if insurance auto debit gets 10%.

5x swipes for insurance total RM1000
simple 5 x RM50 swipes of anything for RM250

Cashback RM100 for RM1250 spending, effective CB still 8%

Question: Will I still get the cashback for utilities and petrol on 28th May?

True, i am ok if can auto debit my insurance there, just need to read the terms whether it is only for life/general insurance recurring. I also need to ask my agent what is my policy about doh.gif

If can charge my insurance, I can say bubye to essential. Luckily I havent change the autodebit from watami to essential. My TNB can go back to PBB VS, my petrol can go back to MBB VS. So overall effective CB, I am gaining cool2.gif
