Dear all,

Just got my wise card end of last week, so happily then after go change my PIN and start using it like mad ppl :lol but... i pump petrol on the 30th, use Payonline for TNB bill payment, go swipe got groceries, I didn't see any of those transaction listed on the hlbconnect card transaction.

And even more that on the Payonline also I can't see any payment history or there is no confirmation email, I wonder is this normal ka? How long normally would need to wait till it appear on the transaction list?

Thanks guys
*
I pumped petrol on 30th Apr, already appear under transaction history, posted on 1st May.

I paid TN using uobpayonline on 1st May, received notification email from uobpayonline few hours later.

Yeah, I'm using uobpayonline, not sure if this happened because I'm new card member. Is there any payment slip reference for using uobpayonline payment? After I entered the OTP, it just says "Thank you Mr. XXX", reason is I also have a habbit to record down every payment reference number, date n time for every bill, so I can keep track for future reference.

You should be getting an email from uobpayonline, have you check whether your email is correct? you can also check with TNB whether they have received our payment or not.

A bit tedious I would say, you need to SMS to activate the new card, then you will receive a temporary pin, go to nearest ATM to reset your new PIN. The old card will be deactivated after 90 days.

Aiya means i have to go to branch again. Hope mybwise and essential comes together.

Another important question, is the card number remains the same?

Really mad now...

Been chasing for some time for the luggage promised when applying card earlier and just received email saying its on first come first served. But when apply through branch asked the girl to check in the system she said still available. REALLY CONMAN!!!!!!

Anyway, lose heart with HLB. Going to branch tomorrow for a quick kill

Go branch cancel the card?
*
QUOTE(victorywp @ May 12 2016, 11:11 PM)
tell the girl that you are going to cancel your card and that she will lose her commission right away. see whather response. perhaps she will get one of the luggage bag for you by herself.
*
QUOTE(deadravel @ May 13 2016, 09:53 AM)
ya u can do that, they need u to hold the card for 6months only they can get commission. lol  whistling.gif
*
I think by quick kill, he meant to shoot the staff, not to kill the card. Getting 100 CB for the 1st month can buy the luggage dy.

sam'ss > e-pay > tnb .... still online though, that's why the notification only stated direct otc payment is acceptable.

Meaning, using maybank cards thru M2U will not work too?

add:
I got a message from TNB

yah, i think jompay or fpx would work too, but no benefits.

i think i'll wait. past due date. TNB is not too stringent about that biggrin.gif
*
My understanding is that, jompay is basically the bank's own portal. Will it still be eligible for the 10%?

i'm not sure. but i gues jompay is MCC-less, most cashback depends on MCC though.

anyone knows exactly how jompay is designed/configured? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
