Just got my wise card end of last week, so happily then after go change my PIN and start using it like mad ppl :lol but... i pump petrol on the 30th, use Payonline for TNB bill payment, go swipe got groceries, I didn't see any of those transaction listed on the hlbconnect card transaction.

And even more that on the Payonline also I can't see any payment history or there is no confirmation email, I wonder is this normal ka? How long normally would need to wait till it appear on the transaction list?

Yeah, I'm using uobpayonline, not sure if this happened because I'm new card member. Is there any payment slip reference for using uobpayonline payment? After I entered the OTP, it just says "Thank you Mr. XXX", reason is I also have a habbit to record down every payment reference number, date n time for every bill, so I can keep track for future reference.

I received it 2 weeks ago. Only Essential, not Wise nor Mach.

A bit tedious I would say, you need to SMS to activate the new card, then you will receive a temporary pin, go to nearest ATM to reset your new PIN. The old card will be deactivated after 90 days.

Yes same card number, only expiry date and CCV are different.

Replacement of card will retain the no., at least that's the case for my UOB card. Expiry date and CVV will be changed.

Received an SMS yesterday that the new VISA Essential card is on its way.

The delivery is via courier or snail mail?

Been chasing for some time for the luggage promised when applying card earlier and just received email saying its on first come first served. But when apply through branch asked the girl to check in the system she said still available. REALLY CONMAN!!!!!!

Anyway, lose heart with HLB. Going to branch tomorrow for a quick kill

Go branch cancel the card?

tell the girl that you are going to cancel your card and that she will lose her commission right away. see whather response. perhaps she will get one of the luggage bag for you by herself.

ya u can do that, they need u to hold the card for 6months only they can get commission. lol

i only applied WISE card, but they gave me WISE , Essential and GSC
want to ask, between Essential & GSC, which one is better ?

i think i'll wait. past due date. TNB is not too stringent about that

i'm not sure. but i gues jompay is MCC-less, most cashback depends on MCC though.
