For Chelsea match, you need to swipe on Sunday 28th. The criteria is we need to follow UK date, so if the match will be played on 28th (UK date), so we need to ensure to swipe on the same date - 28th though it will be kicked off only at 11.30 p.m (MY timing)., that means you will need to swipe before 28th is over.

I tried, only works for Economy. But I can't get taxes for Business.
And also only works for CX but not if I search on the Asia Miles website and on other partners like Qatar.

I know amount varies by date, and availability is always uncertain. But I've taken the lowest miles required such as Saver on KF, to get a benchmark.

Update: after a 2nd appeal, Maybank has agreed to refund the annual fee, so the card has another year, but at RM80k, it is not possible to keep....it now stays in the drawer, used only for lounge entries and will be cut next April....
The CC has clarified the rm80k spend for waiver starts on 1 June across the board.....so the first group to get hit is those with card anniversary July 19.....they will look for 80k spend on 27 June....those who thought they have made waiver with 50k now has one month to spend another 30k......lol....sup sup sui for some people, i know....

that effectively makes the stand alone vi/muvi useless cards, and everybody should just migrate to m2p muvi/ar cards immediately....especially since with the tp devaluation, everybody is going to convert everything anyway.....(cannot carry tp over from vi to m2p)
