Hi sifus. If the amex card already reach the cap of rm50 cashback, the subsequent transaction on weekend will turn into x5 treat points or nothing at all?

Just got my card yesterday. Does reloading to e-wallet count towards to "spending"? As we need to spend 80k per year to waive annual fee

All transacted at midnight 1205am, plus their customer service fully engage for 2hours+, I tried 7 times online redemption only successful to convert my 1.8mil tp to KF. I heard the quota is closed on 8am, which is far more than enough time to convert I assume. The 100 mil quota should be real one, all xhs sharing their number

Sorry to hear that, but everyone is rushing to redeem on 12:05am, I was surprised that it could last until 8am, I thought it would fully redeemed in 20mins. I successfully redeemed my miles online after several tries, but in between I tried to call CS, all engage. I agree with you that mbb sxxk, it is very unethical to impose capping 2 weeks ago and devalue at end of month. If I didn't look at xhs, I won't receive the news as well, every human is selfish, no one will share with u the news, because everyone also worry unable to redeem if quota full

Great to hear that, i only come this forum once in a blue moon, i totally no idea if it wasn't xhs, I called CS on 6pm 30th April, the staff told me the quota was fully redeemed weeks ago

Totally agree with you, if it wasn't xhs, I wouldn't know, I saw the post and immediate call CS on 6pm 30th April, he told me fully redeemed. Ok even worse is that CS asked me to redeem online or call them to redeem by 6am, because maintenance will be carried out until 6am (which is a fake news), I was just lucky that I didn't listen to him, I camp there since 1150pm 30th April

Maybank knows exactly how many outstanding treats points there are and how many miles needed to cover these. They know that like the last round, customers will convert en masse once announced.

By putting these policies, and not informing customers, it smacks of ill intention of trapping people into the devalued rate.

Even if informed, by limiting redemption means asking customers to play the hunger games.

If you found a way to complain, count me in, I was upset as well when I didn't receive any notification, only a selected few know (seriously how do they get the news)
