Any additional info on these benefit:- It comes with the card or we need to buy the  add-on Insurance plans to have these benefits?

Anyone manage to see the points redemption on enrich website? I click redeem flight and it's all showing not available for both economy and business

I don't think having 1 trillion treatpoints will help in this case...FYI, i have 21k EM and was able to see every redeemable destinations that's below that but i can't see anything beyond...
I hope that this is just a temporary bug, otherwise this is really sucks

so when overseas is it better to use AMEX or VISA ? both will have 5x yes ? And how does one check the conversion rate beforehand ?
