if using FD, is there a minimum spend requirement for waiver ? Or will Maybank allow you to keep the card for free as long as you keep the FD ?

QUOTE(okyjace @ May 3 2018, 05:01 PM) Even though MBB gave me the 2Kard Premier cards, I still end up using the AMEX 2Kard Platinum card due to extra 5% cashback on weekends. Really puzzling why the Platinum card benefit is better than the Premier card. Also looking into getting the cash back cards since M2P limits 5xTP to RM500 for Petrol ... so may as well pump with Amex Gold/Platinum. Will the TreatPoints be combined for these 2 cards ? Or will I only be able to redeem separately ? |

specifically for Aerotel at KLIA2, does it accept Supplementary for Visa Infinite ?
MBB website still states T&C from 2018 so unsure if anything has changed. This post has been edited by corad: Mar 5 2019, 03:10 PM |

QUOTE(anwa @ Mar 5 2019, 03:31 PM) partner accidentally used the MBB VI (supp) to enter, and just had to sign the standard entry receipt with no price indicated. Lucky or will there be a charge later on ? QUOTE(charlesj @ Mar 6 2019, 03:49 PM) To summarize, overseas hotel better to use VI instead of AMEX due to exchange rate ? |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Feb 24 2020, 04:07 PM) QUOTE(tohff7 @ Feb 24 2020, 04:14 PM) The % cash return used to be quite good in the past (something like 2% unlimited since redeeming vouchers got no limit) but this has came down a lot after a few rounds of devaluation QUOTE(charlesj @ Feb 24 2020, 06:33 PM) thanks, but with COVID-19 trying to keep traveling to a minimum. What's the 2nd best place to redeem Treat points then ? Also I've tonnes of Enrich Miles which I just convert to RM50 vouchers because most of my traveling is done for work ie: last minute and reimbursable. |

QUOTE(knuxed @ Jun 5 2020, 12:21 PM) its a status symbol, those who travel and are earning that amount would be flying business,to which they have lounge access already doesnt make sense for RM3250 QUOTE(Tigerr @ Jun 5 2020, 12:32 PM) The rich dont think alike us. 3250? Not even can cover 50% of their one night out drinking. As for VI n premiere2 already many Ali Muthu Ah kow can get already n PPL already pack (not mco period). QUOTE(Lego Warfare @ Jun 5 2020, 04:16 PM) Yes no significant advantage besides the lounges. Status wise will be higher than M2P for showing off, but still nothing exclusive about it since anyone can also apply for the card as long as their income meets the requirement. how does one show off their credit card ? so far I think only the cashier/waiter/receptionist has seen mine ... and on certain days I'll use my M2Gold or other cashback cards Not like Black cards that are only available if offered/invited to those super atas elite ppl lol. |
