Does anyone know if the 5x complimentary lounge access limit is calculated on a calendar year basis or card annum basis? E.g. If i get my card in Dec17 and access the lounges 5x in the same month, do I still get 5x complimentary in 2018?

Just to confirm - if my card anniversary is in Jul, would I be charged annual fee the month before i.e. Jun? And if I can't meet the min spending amount, I should redeem my treatpoints prior to Jun?

Anyone with experience on requesting for credit limit increase? I intentionally reduced my limit previously. Recently submitted a temprorary limit increase application but was rejected. I was expecting CS to request income documents but they didn't.

Requested for temp increase over the phone - rejected. Requested for perm increase online and submitted documents - rejected as well. Maybe got issue with my ccris scores?
