I've sold all my Maybank shares, even though it wasn't much.
Being a loyal customer by holding a total of 5 Maybank cards only to be treated like this?

2.        Kami mengambil maklum dan telah meneliti isu-isu yang dibangkitkan seperti berikut:

(i)    pengumuman perubahan terma dan syarat penebusan mata ganjaran Air Miles bagi produk kad kredit yang hanya dibuat di laman web rasmi MBB iaitu maybank2u. Dalam hal ini, MBB telah diarahkan agar pengumuman untuk sebarang perubahan terma dan syarat sesebuah produk disampaikan secara terus dan telus kepada setiap pelanggan;

(ii)  perubahan berkaitan kadar dan had pertukaran bulanan mata ganjaran produk kad kredit. Mata ganjaran adalah faedah yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, bagi produk kad kredit MBB. Sebarang perubahan berkaitan mata ganjaran tersebut merupakan keputusan komersial MBB, tertakluk kepada polisi dalamannya.  Untuk makluman tuan, pihak BNM tidak campur tangan dalam keputusan komersial yang dibuat oleh sesebuah institusi kewangan.

3.        Kami percaya bahawa isu-isu ini telah dikendalikan dengan sewajarnya.
