Just wondering if it is possible / or anyone has tried to top up various BP account using the MUVI ? Say I apply for a BP account for a family member and top up both (mine and my family) BP accounts with the MUVI. Different BP agents/CS are like saying different things. Thanks

That’s the problem ... I called and asked the HSBC CS today and was told that it should be 5x points (capped at 15,000 points). She mentioned that the 1x point will be credited in that statement month and the 4x point will be credited in the following month’s statement. That’s my issue with HSBC reward points, never liked tracking them cause they are so confusing & the CS is never really helpful and efficient. And oh .. she mentioned that the 15,000 points cap refers to the cap on the 4x point (which means you can spend up to RM3,750 online).

But with HSBC, their explanation varies from CS to CS 🙄. And honestly, with the 15,000 points redemption required for KF & AM, not much you can milk from this program as well.

Yea, sounds about right if we’re talking about other credit/charge cards.

Just to clear up ... Is there still TP on the MUVI for top up to BP? It was like no and then yes, but seems like it’s such a discreet topic.

Thanks Sifu ... Yea, guess have to try to find out. HSBC VS wef from 12.8.2019 limit top up to all e-wallets of sorts to 1x points (not that they are great to start with). Just waiting to see what will happen to Citibank PM.
