Does the contactless Amex Reserve? I've tried to "Paywave" multiple times, and each time it gets rejected. Anyone has any success?

Sorry, I've used the wrong term. Let me correct myself there.

The merchant accepts Amex, I asked if I could use contactless payment; and we tried multiple times to no avail. Afterwards, I just paid with pin. Have you been able get the contactless Amex payment to work?

Sifus, has anyone used the MU Visa Infinite Concierge service. Am heading to Japan, and want to get a table at one of those closed door private sushi bars. Was told they don't entertain non-Japanese speaker requests.

Has anyone tried using this concierge service and can share your experience?

Dear sifus,

Anyone had any success requesting for SST (not Annual Fee but the RM25 per card) waiver? I've tried calling but they flat out say no. Went to Menara Maybank and they also said no while pointing out can use 10,000TP to pay off the RM25. Any success stories of the request for waiver?
