I have both the Amex Premier and Platinum, and I supposed the Platinum still give you 5x points during weekdays right? compared to the Amex Premier with 2x now

1000 Airmiles Conversion
Premier = 7,000 treatpoints
Platinum = 14,000 treatpoints

So i guess it's better to use the Platinum now as every ringgit gives you more on airmiles conversion relative to the Premier (RM2800 to get 1k miles vs RM3500)

Sorry for overseas spending, will never use bank CC as Wise give much better rates (the margins not worth it for the points). Those banks know what they are doing

has anyone got charged annual fee for this Maybank 2 Premier, and got waived? I am not going to reach the min spend this year, and will cancel if not waived

with the devaluation, there is really no use for this Visa Infinite now (even the Ambank Enrich Platinum has better conversion now). The Amex Platinum with 5% weekend rebate and RM4 per mile is much better. They don't allow me to cancel just the Amex Reserve which i already stopped using and said they are bundled together (because i have to pay the RM25 service tax for both cards)

I am keeping it for this one last year until I used up the 5 lounge access, after that bye bye

but all these cards have high spending limits for annual fee waiver
