Extra points when Man Utd wins. This one readily information on mbb website.
While i cant answer for the poster above, some ppl might have just different MBB cards used for different things. Example: MBB VS gives 5% grocery and petrol cash back, it is good savings.
Yes, in theory, one can spend on ewallet and withdraw. But the general advice is, if you are doing that then maybe card not suitable for you cause benefits of the cards not being maximise since no points awarded when reload to ewallet.
Also the 50k is temporary for 2021 and 2022. So the original is min spend 80k to waive. Yes the 50k or 80k is combined VI/MUVI + Amex reserve.
Yea, I was confused in the beginning since there is no information about what is extra in the maybank 2 premier card, including the product disclosure page.
Then I found this Manchester United visa infinite site, it stated that this MUVI has additional 5x TP for grocery.
https://www.maybank2u.com.my/maybank2u/mala...a_infinite.pageI see. Because I have the impression that people get this will try to use this card as much as possible for TP to be then converted to miles points.
As you stated , the minimum spending is just temporary reduce to 50k per annum, so I needed to have an alternative solution in case I don’t hit the 80k in future.
Thank you so much for your response though.
I noticed not many people talks about Maybank World MasterCard which gives unexpired TPs. Maybe ME is not attractive than KF or the TP conversion rates is less attractives (can be offset with unexpired TP terms)
