When I tried to add the Amex Reserve card into Lazada, it stated invalid value, adding 0 in front or back doesnt help, anyone knows the reason?

I was offered the M2Premier card Jan2023, tot the next AF will be charged in Jan2024 but CS told me would only start charging in Jan2025. ANyone got the same offer?
