Indeed it's a partnership between MBB and TGV but you are indeed standing at TGV so if there are no counter presence you should take it up with TGV manager working at that time.

If you complain to MBB what do you hope for the outcome? To audit and ensure every TGV has a person stationed there? What if one day they are short of staff due to on leave or MC? That's why I believe you should take it up with TGV stationed manager.

Ello all, does anyone know when they are revising the points for airmiles?

I have close to 400k worth of points and I don't want to convert it late.

Reason I'm asking because I noticed when I walkby Parkson they have revised to 20,000 points for RM50. Shucks.
