BP 10k quota not enough, and lots of assessments to pay in Feb.  Save BP for those that can't be paid via other avenues (e.g. school fees, insurance).

Rather use direct spending (i.e. Amex first, VI on matchday) wherever possible.

It was amazing! Plus both the chinese and japanese restaurants are really of 5 star standards. The 50% off on the omakase menu is really worth it.

Last week went makan at Prime AND Favola with my new MBB Visa Infinite... and was told I'm only entitled to 30% discount instead of 40% for "premier cards"....

Called Maybank helpline... after checking the CS officer told me "Oh ya.. only 30% for Prime and Favola.."..

I Asked where is this stated.. "Sorry sir its not stated, if you like to know you have to call in and ask".... gee this is nice 'premier' service alright...

if u asking me is no no, I won’t compare like paying 1.5 percent extra then get what equivalent 10 percent return value on airfare, coz in reality without this card I won’t spend real money on those airfare, so the point I getting should be free at the beginning, just me la.

And some people use the airfare publish by airline directly as a guide for equivalent return, but some airline just charge unreasonably high fare which you won’t pay for it, and it include the premium for point accumulation and status tier, so I will take some discount
