Just make a call to offset my SST for my newly activated card in March.
And being told if thr is more than 6 months apart from SST charged date to next anniversary mth, then SST will be charged again.
My anniversary mth falls on coming Nov, so hv to pay again cry.gif

Also double confirm with CS regarding the spending period for AF, it's from 01/11/2019 - 27/10/2020.
*
Meaning this year have to pay 2 times of SST?

The spending period date/month is follow the calendar date/month, but not statement date/month?

For me, yup 2 times. If less than 6 mths then no need to pay on anniversary mth.

Spending period follow calender date/mth, but final month will be ending on 27th, not 30th/31st.
*
2 times a year .. blink.gif hmm, I think better to reconfirm with other CS and see what is the answer.
Sometimes, a question might has different answer from different CS.

why so weird for the date/month on 27th? but not 30th/31st? blink.gif

Even with different answer also not 100% correct, and definitely more confusing biggrin.gif
Just wait until Nov and see.

I did ask the reason, CS only told me AF will be charged before Nov, so will be ending earlier, haha

So just a reminder to all card holders here bruce.gif
*
Hmm... then just wait till November and see how does it goes on.. bangwall.gif

QUOTE(limeuu @ May 9 2019, 03:25 PM)
that's what got me into trouble....and something NOT in the T & S...never communicated to card holders....and NOT fair, as it's not full year....
*
Make a complaint to them and cc to BNM.. flex.gif

QUOTE(limeuu @ May 9 2019, 03:28 PM)
lots of "policies" invented as it goes....and never properly communicated to customers....

i have a new question....the 80k spend rule starts in 1 June.....if your anniversary month is july, they will look at spending on 27 June....so it's 50k or 80k or prorata to qualify waiver?.....
*
Good question, but seems no one concern? rclxub.gif

Anyone has idea on how much TreatsAirmiles needed to redeem the SST for the WMC?

Or can we use Treatspoints earn from other cards to redeem the SST of this WMC?

I used TP earned from my M2Cards to offset SST for M2P.
*
Got it.

But as WMC is earning TreatsAirmiles instead of TreatsPoints, I just wonder can we use TreatsPoints to redeem the SST. hmm.gif

An update for MBB WMC's SST. Cannot pay with TreatsAirmiles nor TreatsPoints earned by other MBB cards...

Meaning that no TreatsPoints / TreatsAirmiles redemption to off set this WMC's SST...
