I understand that. But if you see most of our cards, they mostly partner with these 3 loyalty points. Is there a way for us to use our bank points to book for Etihad, Qatar, Emirates, etc using these loyalty points.

Real bummer. I guess most of us are asking the same question. Which is the next best thing out there?
For the time being, I guess Singapore Airlines Krisflyer Amex is better right since its RM 2.5 for 1KF?
Also for overseas transaction, better to use Visa Infinate cos of the better rate and charges. I believe MBB charges 2.25% on Visa and 2.5% on Amex and both give 5x for overseas transactions.

Would this be right?

Also if you are into Enrich, then wont the Maybank Mastercard World be better for local spending? It works out to RM 3.2/Enrich instead of RM 3.5 for AR or VI.

Waited over an hour to redeem my points. They really shortchanged all their customers. Taking it for granted. With any business, the only way to teach them a lesson is stop doing business with them till they get off their high horse and realise they are not all that mighty.

So just to understand, the UOB card works great if it's overseas spending right? And can only convert to Enrich and not Krisflyer?
Any other cards to consider for Krisflyer?

So reading the post, it seems UOB PRVi Elite miles is the best card right now for overseas transactions which works out to RM0.9 per mile.
Which in your opinion gives the best value right now for local spending? What is their conversion rate?

They have made us like dogs fighting for a bone. The only way to punish a business is to hit their bottom line. After conversion, I will switch.
