Yup, Istanbul is the cheapest with only 49k KF miles, but there is only business class available (on SQ metal).
However, travel from Istanbul into Europe by land may not be straight forward.
Maybe you can do some island hoping from Turkey into Greece.

hi all, just sharing that i recently applied for this M2P cards and called CS to ask if I can transfer my existing TP into the new cards.

The CS will ask whether it's new or upgrade. Apparently if you apply for the cards manually and state that you are UPGRADING your current card (say if you have the old M2C), then the TP would be transferred and your old cards will automatically be cancelled, if your request for UPGRADE is successful.

Because I asked the CS whether can i transfer the TPs to the new card, THEN only I cancel my card. The CS said no. If they will still transfer it over if I choose to cancel without forfeiting the TPs, then it's good!
