Yes, register for the membership card. Only RM 12 and you will get RM 10 voucher.
RM 1 = 1 point. 1000 points can redeem RM 10 voucher.
Register the membership card before making any transaction, the points cannot be backdated.

Online transactions not entitled for 5x? Sorry, I don't own this card.
JomPay via HL Connect is not entitled for cash back under utilities category, not sure if that is considered as online transactions.

Hi guys just wondering if i pay UNifi online via their auto billing with amex do i get x5 points?

Not sure if they even accept AMEX at the first place
