This way I can accumulate both enrich and krisflyer  rclxms.gif

I strongly advise against collecting more than one type of FF if you can help it. Krisflyer is a fine program to park all your miles under, especially if you can use it on other star alliance flights eg. Thai or ANA in this region.

Btw, just to chk with those who are familiar with *A, do they have something like OW multi carrier award? I didn't really understood this award system until recently and am knocking myself over it. With the same amount of miles, i could've redeemed a roundtrip flight WITH stopovers included.. it's like being able to visit 2-3 countries on one ticket... damm

Multi carrier awards are very airline dependent and ideally is based on a distance based chart.

Obviously CX has it with Asia Miles, on *A United MileagePlus has it although it's been curtailed very recently. On United I did Turkish + United + Austrian once, another time it was Thai + Lufthansa. Another *A carrier that has this is Aeroplan which I'm considering for my upcoming US trip. KUL-BKK-TPE-JFK on Thai and EVA and back on JFK-NRT-KUL on ANA.

You should be able to do the same for Krisflyer, although their star alliance rates are higher and because it's zone based you can't do creative routing like KUL-AKL-SCL-LIM-LAX-NRT-KUL.

dear all,

i still to redeem about 600k points to miles

assuming that i wanna fly within south east asia, which ff program gives me the best deals for destinations not flown by air asia OR tickets with low airport tax.

enrich, asia miles or krisflyer?

Why limit yourself to one only? Pick and choose which ones work best depending on the destination, availability and fees/taxes.

600k TP = about 125k miles which is about enough for a pair of round trip J to Japan I think. In this case Enrich tends to have the best availability.

For shorter trips, check the fees vs. cost to fly on Air Asia/Malindo. For me it's not worth it.

Freaking good news! But not very clear on the rm300. Does it mean as long as any single pump less than 300 will earn 5x?

Knowing maybank it'll be RM300 total per month, not per transaction biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Question: I currently have say 300k treatpoints earned from other MBB cards. If I get Maybank 2 Cards Premier, will I be able to convert the whole 300k points to airmiles at the Maybank 2 Cards Premier's lower 4,770 TP to 1,000 miles conversion rate? Thanks.

This was possible before, but apparently Maybank stopped this more than 1 year ago.
