why would you still want to use this shit ass of a bank? they disconnect their lines, and screwed up the redemption page to purposely screw their customers over.

Yeah this has been my strategy ever since I play the miles game. Business class redemption maybe valuable to many but for me getting whole family of 4 to fly together every year even though economy seat is consider value add for me. So I won't wait until I accumulate a lot. I simply redeem all then see again the following year - how much is left just redeem within that total...

I am only banging on the 38k monthly spending, as I only started using the WE in Dec24.
