that's how i understand it...you cannot get new cards....it's discontinued...but it does not say you must change it...it appears deliberately vaguely phrased....i think they will just slowly phase it out, as cards get broken/spoil and they replace with a debit card....
but people who misunderstand the message may just go change it, and that will hasten the transition....
