i even email them to mgcc@maybank.com trolling them to immediately call me back as im suspecting a big amount of fraud to my card

guess what, they only reply my mail after 2 days saying someone will call me later. BS, still none

it took me 3 days to get them using 3 hot line. wasted so much money waiting at the phone and hp. it really sad. i had to take drastic move to test. thinking to report to BNM.
