May I know what's happening?

Log in via m2u app and found that my credit card (visa & amex) both need reactivation.

Is that necessary to activate? What happen if I didn't do so?

Yes! Exactly! That's why I'm here! It started this few months the tel service noone pick up and wasted like RM2 to RM5 per call end up still no one pick up. How and where can I complain to BNM?

I'm facing the same problem. Any idea where and how to refer to BNM? I felt very pissed. Have 2 issues I need to solve recently and end up back to Google and here am I in Lyn!

I think MAYBANK should consider how fast is Customer Service compare to LYN's immediate supports and replies. No email no call no charge. Only one post and here are the senior members replying you (of course everyone here is aiming for 🌟

Conclusion is wait them send the card to me. Ok.

Btw yeah thank you for the steps for complaining. Will definitely do so in order to bring our nation bank to better level.

No complain No action taken No improvement.
That's why we are losing to Singapore and the worst case now we're far behind from them ald. 😣

We have too. And its very efficiency. From what I know any complaints from BNM will hit immediately to the bank within one or two working day.
