I plan to use my maybankard to pay my utilities bills via M2U. Is there any service charges?

I also vy hard to understand the table for the new regulations?

Since I got both Visa and Amex for Maybank 2 cards, does that means it's the best to use only Amex? Visa should just keep it?

Is there any chance that Maybankard calculate wrongly on Statement Balance?

All my spending are on local. But when I check my Statement Balance and Transaction History in MBB2U, it didn't tally...
