if upgrade my card to platinum or change to ikhwan, do i need to settle all outstanding first and redeem points or all can be converted to new card?

For upgrade to platinum, you can request to transfer the TP. No idea on outstanding or change to ikhwan. Check with CS for accurate answer.

No, cannot processed due to different type of cards as I requested before

If new application for Ikhwan, yes it can be split your credit limit from M2C

Maybe, but then my case are different, already having a Maybank account since 2+ years ago and having good track record.
As long as they still see your account active and have good track records, they will just sell you a card as far as they can.

Usually is the officer in charge has the say.
If your documents are ok, with their recommendation, sure you can get the card in no time.

Sorry for my noob question.. So meaning Petrol, Utilities, Education, Insurance entitle 1x TP and Govt bodies 0x TP.... Other retail spending still 5x TP? Am I correct based on those T&C ...
