thinking to cancel this M2C since I have Ikhwan already and Amex Platinum (which recently discontinued Plaza Premium Lounge). Maybe I should apply Petronas Platinum for petrol 8xTPs since M2C & Amex Plat also reduced to 1xTP for petrol.

i won a rm20 too and bought something at rm35. but forgotten that actually i can spin again after purchasing something above rm20. anyway, yesterday i also forgotten to play.

They cheated my RM 20. I won it yesterday but not listed under my vouchers.

i manage to use it actually the RM50 voucher. Maybe its a one time voucher. But unfortunately the item i bought was not in stock until May, so i've requested a refund.

refund as in voucher form or cash?

refund for the balance after deducted from the rm50 voucher? so the rm50 voucher still usable again? my item also no stock. funny lousy superbuy.

i didnt coz i dont intend to buy anything from them anymore. in fact they suggested to me not to buy from the maybank exclusive and go buy at their regular page because the two system is not the same. the one for maybank exclusive is not entitled to exchange to another product like their usual page, only can request refund. they say that it still in midst of "improving the system"

the RM50 doesn't work on the regular page. I posted this on maybank FB and that is where they told me to use it in their maybank exclusive site at superbuy. i try again with the same item on that site and walla~ can.. kindda weird. i not really sure what is going on at superbuy but it looks like its two separate system like that.
