owned a mbb2card gold earlier with amex + mc, and applied ikhwan mc, asked to cancel the mbb2card gold mc, but sent replacement with all 3 cards, headache. then i only active mbb2card amex + visa. but mc although not activated from the portal but still could be charged from google play. just wanna address the danger of those card to keep in on safe place if not using it.

wow...for the first time, never use M2U AMEX in a month ever since I get it..outstanding n due payment r 0.00..

Just wait for it to reach you. It takes up to months, so just be patient.

Yeah, it seems for ATM cards. Mine is debit card and already changed. Now can request change from online for debit cards.

Currently holding mbb2kard.
But right now am at outside of Malaysia.
Anyone knows the fastest way to increase my credit limit?
And it's so frustrated to know that both cards are combined for that credit limit, and not individually.

Travelling or working? If working and want to apply for permanent credit limit, then just put in your request via email and submit latest 3 months payslip.
If temporary, can always call them and give them a good reason like travelling in overseas.

Well, not only it shares among these two cards, if you have other Maybank cards (Islamic cards is excluded), they are all sharing the same limit.

It's temporary working purpose.
Does mbb has a worldwide number that I could call?

hi guys... anyone tried redeeming your treatspoint on the spot and mydin USJ ? saw that it is in the list of maybank tp on the spot outlet.... just wondering how to go about it...just take your items to the regular cashier counter and tell them i want to pay with TP or have to convert it to vouchers or something ?

not at the counter, go to the customer service office, redeem and they will issue you cash voucher
min RM50 if not mistaken

Any success ? My past few experiences (MBB CC) are all the same, bad and slow.
e.g. 30k CL asking for 5k extra only, CS will say need few days to get approval, in the end rejected. Some didn't bother to get back to me and already past the "emergency usage period needed".

In the end, I use other foreign banks CC, CL increase 10k within 2 hours or sometimes immediate.
