i manage to use it actually the RM50 voucher. Maybe its a one time voucher. But unfortunately the item i bought was not in stock until May, so i've requested a refund.

i didnt coz i dont intend to buy anything from them anymore. in fact they suggested to me not to buy from the maybank exclusive and go buy at their regular page because the two system is not the same. the one for maybank exclusive is not entitled to exchange to another product like their usual page, only can request refund. they say that it still in midst of "improving the system"

the RM50 doesn't work on the regular page. I posted this on maybank FB and that is where they told me to use it in their maybank exclusive site at superbuy. i try again with the same item on that site and walla~ can.. kindda weird. i not really sure what is going on at superbuy but it looks like its two separate system like that.

But Lazada customer service sucks, slow in replying emails.

I called them directly when I had problem that day. Fast and efficient.
My office area has the place to drop my stuff to be returned, so nice.

I bought alot from Lazada. Seldom got problems.

Lazada has a clear return policy. I once got a faulty camera from them. Initiated the return via their website, they sent a new one to me after I sent the faulty one. For Superbuy, there was once I got a tablet with a malfunctioning screen, they told me to claim warranty.    Lelong and 11street I believe if you have any issues, they will ask you to deal with the sellers directly.

Guy, want to check whether is this doable? Let say I have credit limit of RM6k and I want to buy a PC cost RM7k, CC have not been swipe within this month, but I go and deposit another RM1k into that CC account, can I go and made the payment for the PC at RM7k now?

Too bad, deposit money into the account to increase the limit is doable. But this method cant apply for flexi payment, as I just called maybank to clarify with them.

Sadly to say, somehow i plan to terminate this cards, as seems no significant benefits it carries anymore.
5% dining, rarely used.
5 x tp amex, only about 1.2% cash rebate, might searching for other cards with better rate.

sorry, any experience the redeemed voucher hijacked by courier.
the courier service provider told me she couldnt retrieve the proof of delivery.
the status shows the document has been delivered and address is correct.

the officer said she couldnt retrieve, i saw the photo copy of consignment note only (without signature).
i saw from their website the sender is able to see the scanned copy of proof of delivery.
logged the case with Maybank to retrieve the POD.
Maybank indicated voucher on the consignment note
