Err..I think none of your points will be expiring on 31st August, that's why the column next to it is all 0.

Why do you mean they ignored you? You emailed them? Call the number at the back of your card to reach them.

I also have the same thing as you. Transaction on Saturday not yet posted, but total outstanding has increased and cashback already received.

This is the best approach to get 5%, but it is not guaranteed that you will get the rebate.

Just want to ask those who have received the new Pin & Pay MBB2Cards, roughly how long was the duration from the day "Pending Card Activation" appeared in your M2U to the day you received the new cards?

Expiry year is 18. Then you will need the new cards more than I do..biggrin.gif Do update us when you receive them.
