u can request it to transfer to ur local bank account, after it is available for redeem, normally 60 days after ur card been charge.

happened to me too. during the time u apply for sub card, even u opt for 100% of ur CL to share on sub card, they will key in the CL as a figure instead of percentage, therefore when ur CL increase after that, ur sub card CL remain unchanged.

means by Sep 30, u got 0 point is going to expire, if u have any point expiring by end Sep, it will show up in last column.
