It was removed for a while but it was reinstated again later.

I think the CS doesn't know about this, if I were you I will challenge and ask why is it on the website then?

I can see "last payment amount" which I have counted is my dining cash back in my M2U AmEx but nothing is posted in transaction history. hmm.gif

Just walk in to the nearest centre to upgrade it, I think they have the form online as well. Fill in and send to them via email.

Yes, if your first card is branch collection, they will send to the same branch. If not, you will need to call and update them on the address.
They will send SMS actually.
