Want to ask if housing developer release those units for public, normally it is priced higher than those booked earlier right?

How much is the reasonable price to pay, say original was 500psf?

Looking into the situation now; we call this as buyer market. As for me; if this is new development / or new completed house direct from developer, expect the psf price stay the same. Or if the developer can probably give lower to entice buyer. Be wise.

I checked project web site, seem like the current quoted price has increased. the project not yet started, it was just soft launched. I think better get big discount then probably put down payment.
