when I get the right IP, I usually got around 400~600 ping, which is counted smooth. But, if the wrong IP, around 800~1000+ and its like 2 sec delay casting stuff. That is before the earthquake problems.
Right now, its unplayable and sometimes, I couldn't get logged in, and disconnects once I finish loading my characters. |
