Hi guys. Just bought New PS4 to play FF14. Apparently I ran into some hiccup and need urgent help.

My Square Enix account is registered under NA because they only allow me to select US zone during registration.

On the other hand, I bought the game from local shop. It's R2 vanilla + expansion copy.

I had registered the XXXXXX-###-xxxxxx-### code into my account. But when PS4 asked me to redeem the 12 digits code in PS Store, I have PS4 WC-40376-0 Error.

Please let me know if I did something wrong. Thanks in advance.

it sucks when u only allowed to play with either under NA EU and JP PSN. if u playing PSN MY it will not work
