first of all, you've gotta find out if you have MPB(Male Pattern Baldness). Find out if your dad or other male relatives like uncles or grandad, granduncles have MPB or not. If yes, then it's hereditary and there's nothing you can do other than hair transplant procedure.

If no, consult a dermatologist to find out the root cause. Better than trying all over the counter hair products.

Forget about those hair treatment centre... it doesn't work for everyone. Even if it works, it's very expensive.
