as weird as it sounds, the more i wash my hair, the lesser it falls

that's what i read also. it's best to wash it less. some say every few days. but my hair falls more if i do that

anyway, i use schwarzkopf ultimate hair repair shampoo and conditioner everytime i shower. very annoying

i had luck with tresemme too last time

anyway, just get enough sleep and eat well and it should be fine. and don't sleep late also
