hi all,
my slow cooker lid (panasonic) was broken, i want to know where can i get to buy a new lid for my slow cooker?
any idea?

Thanks, email already sent to Panasonic before i posted here actually, they yet to reply me, hence, try my luck over here, see if there is any electrical shop/alternative way of getting it faster. smile.gif

No shops will stock this spare part, only the manufacturer
Even Panasonic may not have it cause it's probably cheaper to replace the whole thing

Giant has glass lids. Just buy one that fits the cooker.

Panasonic customer service, I guess.

Or try any electrical shop that sells panasonic.

They are in a better position to deal with Panasonic.

Hi, May i know how you get the replacement part part number?
I tried to seek the malaysia official web site but not able to get the replacement part.
I already dropped them an email.

My MIL's panasonic slow cooker NF-M501AW-SV ceramic pot is broken.
I'd like to get a replacement for this.
