I did my baby birth certificate at JPN and have a paper to collect my baby MyKid card at UTC KL after 3 months time. I forgot to ask if the MyKid card collection required to bring my baby along? Any experience? Thanks.

how come it took u 3 month to collect your son's mykid card?

I did my son's mykid card and get to collect them on the same day...
did them in PJ's jpn...

I'm not sure, my baby born in Hospital KL, the Bersalin building downstairs got a small JPN office to do Birth Cert but they said this JPN office not issuing Mykid card, so i got to choose the nearest UTC for Mykid card collection, and that will be after 3 months time. I guess transfer of my baby information from HKL JPN to UTC JPN will take time.... as usual Malaysia Government time~~ LOL

Is alright for me to collect after 3 months, i just forgot to ask whether the collection need to bring my baby along. If no need i will go alone for the collection instead of fetch my wife and carrying baby there.

No need to bring baby, just bring the green slip and the original birth cert.

pro tip: photocopy a few birth cert, ask them to certify original while you are there.

just bring along the slip that JPN given to u during registration will do...

free of charge. the pegawai may ask u why, just say u use to apply biasiswa from hakka association or some made up reason.

My baby already 4 month but i havent register mykid card. Need summon from JPN?

Now you can get Mykid on the same day you register for Birth Cert at JPN counter
