Getting Started

|
Today my father received a call from maxis, saying that they want to come to our house to change "adapter". As my father was busy and is not familiar with it, he did not ask for further clarification as to why do they want to change "adapter", and what is the "adapter" that they mean.
So, anyone here received similar calls? or have changed the "adapter" ?

Hi Altrius, Yes there will be a change of adapter for Alcatel Lucent modems as this is a exercise done by the company itself as they have found that the previous adapters are bringing down the performance of their modems. To solve this we are helping them to change the adapters of our customers for no charge at all. Thank you
