Called maxiss and they said it’s not the lock that caused it.
Asked a friend that worked at Samsung store saying it’s definitely maxis lock causing it.
Any insight on this is greatly appreciated!

Has anyone that sign their devices from maxis under the zerolution package unable to use smart sync to transfer due to maxis’s stupid locking method on the device ? Just signed a note 20 ultra package and both the note 20 ultra cannot use the smart sync function due to an error showing security restricted.
